Spring is finally arriving here in the upper right hand corner of the country! The sun is gracing us for longer days, and the temps are slowly creeping up out of the winter depths.
It is timely that as the season of hibernation passes, I am spending time and energy immersed in the theme of awakening. My first Women’s Awakening coaching program has been inspiring and motivating. We are focused on awakening our authentic voices and our personal power so that we can fully occupy ourselves, our relationships, and our lives. (See what the participants have been saying about the program here!)
The program is rolling out so beautifully that I am eager to expand on the offering!
Most immediately:
I will be launching another series this spring! Details to come.
You can access the content from the first Women’s Awakening Program anytime and work through the content at your own pace. The pilot price of $59 will stay in effect for the month of April!
April is also Stress Awareness Month. One of the primary goals of the Women’s Awakening program is to recognize the cultural forces we have internalized that work against our highest interest. For example, when we internalize the idea that our worth is defined by our achievements, we learn to ignore our need for rest. When we find ourselves exhausted, we wonder what is wrong with us instead of seeing the external problem for what it is.
My offering to you this April is this reminder:
You were born worthy, you are naturally good, and your authentic self is one of love, compassion, and inspiration.
If you are feeling burnt out by stress, reassess your relationship to rest. Do you struggle to honor your boundaries? Do you undervalue taking a break, doing less, being more present and less busy? Most of us do. And the reason we have this in common is because of the common cultural messages we all breathe in.
This April, practice shedding the internalized message that you have to hustle for your worth, and awaken your instinct to simply be.
Yours in being –
