It’s official! We have rounded the corner and we are ushering in longer days, and welcoming in more and more light. This is a great time to get reflective and intentional about the year ahead. I’m not one for “resolutions,” so to speak, as they often don’t leave room for us to be gentle and flexible with ourselves. But imagine, instead, that you can sprinkle any energy you desire into the lengthening light, and fill yourself with what you need to bring your visions to life in the coming year.

I am excited to continue to bring creative, courageous ways of working that support deep growth and evolution to these 2 and 3 hour sessions. I am opening new hours in the new year, so reach out to get scheduled in-person in Vermont, remotely, or to explore having me to come to you for a series. - More Women’s Awakening and Destination Couples Retreats!
These were transformative for folks beyond my wildest dreams in 2024. I’m in awe of the healing, growth, freedom and connection that participants found, and this year I am all in for more! Send me an email if you would like to be on the list to receive early notification when details are available (hint: I’m eyeing some dates for a Women’s Awakening Retreat in Stowe in May!). I will be taking several bigger leaps this year, embodying the courage to create some things I have long dreamed of…including stepping into a year-long writer’s program in service of writing a book! Stay tuned! I’ll bring you along on my journey, and I will keep encouraging you to take your own courageous leaps.
